In effect, her method of speaking and teaching is an example of her passion to be an "expert" communicator. Her topics are interesting and she will leave you inspired.

Professional Coach: Joy has been a Professional Coach for 14 years. She has coached thousands of people in making important decisions about their careers and lives. She acts as an advisor to CEO’s as well as a counselor for a young person leaving college and going out on their own for the first time. Her vast business experience and knowledge of how the business world works adds so much value to her client’s lives. Her successful career in advertising for 15 years, and then in personnel for 10 years gives her a wide range of business knowledge. Her emphasis to the "bottom line" is attractive to business owners. Yet, her compassion for people has always been the single ingredient for her success. Joy’s belief is: People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.

Team Builder: Joy was known in "Corporate America" for being someone a company could drop into a problem area, where the branches are struggling. Within a year she would turn the operations around. It didn’t matter what the competition was doing or even the state of the economy. Joy acted quickly and the results were always positive. How did she do this? She did this by using her talents as a visionary, and a compassionate leader. Today, she still finds great joy in seeing people rise to the occasion and do things they didn’t know were possible.
